Formative Journey - Life till 2011 - 15 years of corporate journey - emerged as a program leader, product leader and people leader in IT industry - right combination of skill and experience working in service model (like a typical IT services company) as well as product model (like a product development company) - Blessed with some of the best gurus in the world, who taught commonsense and technical / leadership required to do various roles - Doing well, but in essence was a frog in the well (Of course, I realized this much later)
